Refund policy
At Naseej, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Items must be in the same condition you received them.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it first and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 24 hours with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund it at no extra cost.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
